January 2021 - Chris Borgman came out and identified all of the issues we were having with our newly constructed home's crawlspace. His proposal helped us negotiate a solution with the builder and Premier fixed our crawlspace perfectly. Great company.

February 2021 - We had multiple areas in our yard that stayed swampy and our dogs couldn't use our yard. Premier installed French Drains with drainage boxes and the problems have been fixed. Yay! The dogs have their yard back!

March 2021 - Premier connected all of our gutter downspouts and put them under ground and away from our home. Previously water was just dumping right at the foundation and all of our gutters now empty far away from our home, very pleased. Very fair price in my opinion.

March 2021 - Chris came out to look at my basement and showed me and explained to me what was happening which made sense. His quote was lower than other basement companies so I went with his company. Eduardo and the other workers were very quick with minimal disruption of my basement. I am very happy with the price and the finished job. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone that has a leaky basement.

April 2021 - we purchased our first home in Gastonia but there were some issues that came up on the inspection report regarding the crawlspace. Our realtor gave us a couple different companies that they had worked with before but Chris with Premier seemed the most knowledgeable. Premier's pricing was comparable to the sellers' contractor that they wanted to use but in our negotiation Premier was able to do the job. We are very pleased to move into our home knowing that there is no mold and a very healthy crawlspace.

May 2021 - our crawlspace needed a sump pump and the vapor barrier. Premier did the work and we could not be happier with Eduardo and the crew who performed the work.

May 2021 - Great company, they did exactly what they said they would do with our crawlspace and we noticed the difference in the air quality almost immediately after the dehumidifier was installed and running.

June 2021 - Mr. Borgman with Premier was the only landscape or waterproof contractor that suggested the most efficient way to fix our flooding issue in our mostly flat yard was to install an exterior sump pump. Three Charlotte rainstorms later his design is working perfectly. Night and day difference in our yard. I highly recommend Premier Waterproofers.

July 2021 - I was getting water in my garage and Premier fixed it quickly at a great price.

September 2021 - Chris and his team at Premier installed a drainage ditch at the side of my property which now diverts all of my neighbors' water to the street. Happy customer, I wish I did it sooner.

Fall 2021 - we hired Premier to install drainage at two of our commercial property clients.

November 2021 - Premier did a small job for me to fix water gathering on my driveway. Very happy with the job.

February 2022 - I hired Chris at Premier for the third time with different drainage jobs at my home. I am very pleased and available for testimonial.

March 2022 - Our newly installed hardwood floors were starting to buckle. Chris Borgman came out and explained that it was due to overly high humidity levels in our crawlspace which had been previously "fixed" by another company. Fans in crawlspaces do not provide enough humidity mitigation as dehumidifiers do. Thank you for your professionalism and fixing our issue.
